Anti-Corruption Amendment

Section 1

No member of Congress shall retain or secure any source of income in any form, receive any compensation for services rendered, other than the salary of office as specified by this Constitution.

Section 2

Per annum, no member of Congress shall receive any gift(s) in any form from any source(s) which total combined value exceeds one thousand dollars.

Section 3

No member of Congress or their spouses shall retain or secure any asset(s), tangible or intangible of which value may change based on their decision as a member of Congress.

Section 4

Any member of Congress who is found to have violated this Amendment shall immediately be ejected from Congress forfeiting any and all government pensions and benefits and shall be permanently ineligible from occupying any public office of the United States elected, appointed or otherwise so long as this Constitution is valid.

Section 5

The States shall pass laws to effect the same.

Anti-Pork Barrel Spending Amendment

Every law, or resolution having the force of law, shall relate to one subject and that subject shall be expressed in the title.

Prevention of Supreme court stacking

The Number of Justices appointed to the Supreme Court of The United States shall neither increase or decrease without the

2/3 majority approval of The House of Representatives and Senate and 2/3 approval of the Legislatures of the many States.

Anti – Obama Amendment

The President of The United States is hereby prohibited from altering any Bill, Law or

Resolution having the force of law through Executive Orders or by other means.
